adult learn to swim

For those adults who missed out on the basics as a child. At Swimfarm you will work on initially building confidence in the water starting with simple breath control practises through to floating and then moving on to learn propulsion with the leg kicks.

Once the skills are mastered we will look to develop the frontcrawl &/or breaststroke.


The instructor will be in the water carefully guiding you and explaining the process at all times.
Term time sessions from 7.30pm on weekdays. Half Term/holiday sessions by arrangement in am/pm
