Feedback and Complaints

We undertake to treat all complaints in confidence and act as appropriate when dealing with the concern in question.

If you have a general complaint about the coaching or the swimming then please speak to or write to the Swimfarm Swim Director or senior manager.

If you have a complaint about a member of its’ staff is not acting appropriately or in accordance with the Swimfarm policies please contact the Swimfarm Commercial Manager/ Child Welfare Manager.

If your concern is in regard to Safeguarding then please contact the Child Welfare Manager directly and in confidence.
