Swimfarm is committed to everyone having the right to enjoy their sport in an environment free from threat of discrimination, intimidation, harassment and abuse. 

All Swimfarm employees have a responsibility to challenge discriminatory behaviour and promote equality of opportunity. 

Swimfarm will deal with any incident of discriminatory behaviour seriously, according to its standard disciplinary procedures. 

Swimfarm has adopted the ASA and British Swimming Code of Ethics and promotes this to its staff, swimmers, parents and carers and volunteers.

Swimfarm will make every effort to accommodate all mixes of religions and cultures which may include special arrangements for specific sessions restricting access or respecting the need for certain types of swim clothing and special shower/change arrangements.
